Refund and Return Policy
At Qadriart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be absolutely in love with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Policy Timeline
Our return and refund policy is strictly valid for 3 days from the date your order is delivered. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
The unstitched fabric must be unwashed, uncut, and unstitched. Once the fabric is shrunk, washed, or handled by a tailor, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
The item must be in its original packaging with all designer cards, product labels, and extension embroidery patches intact.
You must provide proof of purchase or the order receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Stitched items or altered fabrics.
Items bought on final clearance sales.

03205555173Once your return request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse facility in Lahore. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your preferred bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 business days.
