1. Delivery Destinations

Qadriart proudly ships to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch or Eid season), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Delivery Times & Courier Partners

We partner with trusted courier networks (such as Leopard, TCS, Trax, or M&P) to ensure secure delivery.

  • Lahore: 1 - 2 business days.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 2 - 4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 4 - 6 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight/number of suites and the destination address.

  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions across Pakistan, which will be highlighted on our homepage banner.

5. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options for your convenience:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Direct Bank Transfer / Digital Wallet payments.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email to monitor your package journey in real-time. Please ensure your mobile number (03205555173) and address are correct at checkout.
